My technician is very knowledgeable about all bugs, he help me to check very where even the bugs are not there including the attic. He gave me best solution for the treatment. Even he considered for me financially which is best for money, Awesome guy!

Yesterday I spoke to recept. and she was awesome. Today, the pesti. server showed up on time, but I was very disappointed in his service. I recently saw asian roaches in my house and I've never had roaches period. He was not able to answer my questions or give me insight on my problem except to tell me more than once, they are very prolific and then added, it may have something to do with the weather.
I was told by recept. my yard would be sprayed, but I never saw him spraying my yard; in fact, he seemed to be in a hurry. I have a wrap around porch and I didn't notice him walking around my porch although he could have. He sprayed the back of my house from the outside, but yard: no. I went outside this afternoon to rake up some watermelon rinds to throw out of my yard, and they were covered with the asian roaches and seemed to be having a party. What?? My house and yard was sprayed 5 hours earlier and the roaches are 10 feet from the back of my house having a party tonight? No, I don't think so.

My neighbor had her place treated at 9:00 am this morning by the same people I had planned to use. However, I wasn't sure when they would come so I called Bug Pro yesterday and got appt. for today. I observed their treatment this morning and it was MUCH MORE extensive than mine...for 2/3 the initial costs. I observed her entire yard being sprayed, PLUS, the man put the hose over her fence and sprayed the shoulder of her yard outside her fence. My yard: little bit of nothing! DISAPPOINTING!! This is why I do not like to sign contracts and mine is for one year. Its like having to add waiter tip into bill before you get the service....it's a risk. You never know what kind of service you are going to get.
For the record, if this is the service I will continue to get, I will not pay another penny. There are 2-sides to every contract...quality service to receive quality compensation.

IT WORKS! We started seeing a lot of cockroaches so I asked my FB friends for referrals. They were excellent! After they sprayed the only thing I saw was dead roaches for like a day or two and I haven't seen one since. Highly recommend!
