Charged $110.00 for a service call without doing any work. When I called, the first thing the girl asked me was how was I going to pay? I asked her how much a service call was and she said $141.00 if my line needs to be snaked out. I showed AJ where the access pipe was to my sump discharge line but he did not even open it to see if any water was backed up. He said water was coming out of the pipe by the ditch so that was ok. But none of the issues with my sump or in my basement were solved. So, I called a different company on Sunday & they snaked out the discharge line as they felt the water was running too slow for how hard the pumps were working. We watched as this good company removed about 5 feet of tree roots.
So Dependable lost any future business from us.
