I picked one star for poor service, but I wish there was a negative star. I asked for a boost mobile phone that I could put a $10 card on when I needed it. The person who sold it to me sold me a phone with an obligation of $30 per month. She did not tell me about the $30. She knowingly sold me a phone I didn't want. Now I am stuck with a phone I can't afford and can't return. Boost mobile is the only service I can get at my home. I would advise anyone thinking of going to this store to forget it. They are horrible. If you do, make sure that you are specific. Put your desires in writing.

If this had an option for no stars I would take it. The service here is terrible! The clerk was not only incredibly rude, but equally as unhelpful. He spoke down to me and refused to listen. I'd go out of my way never to patron this place again. I've only been a boost customer for 3 months & this guy has made me seriously regret my decision to switch networks.
