Called this company this morning (Sunday) for an emergency septic job. The owner, Ronnie, answered the phone promptly (about 4 rings), was very courteous and professional and scheduled my service call right away. He arrived in less than 15 minutes and got straight to work. He verified tank size, location and last service date, explained to me what was causing my back up, cleared the immediate problem and pointed out work that was needed but not an immediate concern. He volunteered the name and contact info for a plumbing service that wa qualified to do all the work even though he could do part of it. He was efficient, thorough, professional and friendly. I will definitely be calling this company again for any further septic work in the future. He also did NOT try to sell me stuff that I did not need.
