My son needed a watch battery for a digital watch. Instead of buying a new watch (which is what my son thought he needed) we were able to get a battery and the watch is good as new.

I will definitely be back to get my husband watch battery replaced as so many jewlery stores in the mall won't do them anymore.

Plus it is nice to support a local small business.

After being told by several jewelry stores that the only way to get a new battery in my Skagen watch would be to send it out for a few weeks at a price exceeding $100 (which maybe even exceeds the value of the watch), one of the women at the jeweler's counter recommended this shop to me. After putting it off for months, I finally got my watch over to Doug. It took 5 minutes and $10, and my watch was ticking again. I am very satisfied with the prompt service and reasonable price. I will definitely be back again when I need a new watch battery.

I stopped in with a vintage watch to see if it would still work, the owner took the time to clean the inside and put a new battery in right there while I waited. He was meticulous, and very nice, and charged a reasonable price too. The shop was delightful, with a great jazz station playing; I have many watches to be repaired and will most definitely come back to this gem in Battle Creek

Needed my watch band sized, so walked in and Doug (the owner) re-sized it as I stood there waiting, and charged me much less than I expected to pay. Very knowledgable about my watch itself, very customer friendly person! Recommend this repair shop very highly, will be returning with a clock I need repaired as well!
