      TOP NOTCH service from the very first phone call through the whole process! Our furnace went out last week. Consumers came and said it was not repairable. So I called Sims. Within an hour of calling them about our furnace going out they had a tech at my house he confirmed that furnace was not repairable. He showed me my options and didn't push me into anything. I made the decision, agreed to a furnace and signed the agreement. Within an hour he was back with space heaters! Next morning, they were there right on time and before 4pm we had heat again! Great communication great work, good prompt service and good quality product. Very happy so far with the new furnace. A huge thank you! We will be needing an additional furnace and central air unit within the next year or so definitely being doing business with them in the future! If you want good service with good quality Sims is the ONLY place to call! Thank you so very much and we look forward to doing more business with you in the future!! :)

      One of the things that I like in life is that I know I can call Sims Heating and Cooling on Golden ave and the quality of workmanship and the attitude of the employees is top notch. I have to admit that there has been a time or two when I have had to wait for a period before they can get to my job, but it has never been for an emergency. They are always on the ball for the customer and yes we do come first. If you call the office you will hear a top notch young lady that is very friendly and will do her very best to take care of you.
