Watson, Blanche, Wilson & Posner, LLP, has been providing legal advice, consultation and representation to individuals, businesses, nonprofit organizations, and others since 1945.The firm's foremost area of expertise and experience is in health care litigation for hospitals, physicians and other health care providers. The firm has been honored to serve as counsel for a statewide hospital association since 1960 and for a statewide physicians' association since its formation in 2006. In that capacity, the firm has done legal work and provided legal opinions encompassing a wide variety of current health care issues from general and professional liability to legislative issues arising in Louisiana health care law.
