Timing was perfect the technician is always there when they tell me they r coming .- very polite , neatly dressed & friendly. He is very friendly with my 2 cats , Lillie Pearl & Cora Bell. I never have a bug problem . So I am very satisfied with my service. I am not sure if that is due to Terminex or my cats-just kidding ! 😼🐀

Our technician was on time for our appointment. We did not have any problems on his visit.Customer service was excellent. The technician was well dressed in his uniform. His uniform was clean from head to toe. He was very professional and courteous.. He is an asset to TERMINIX. We enjoy when he comes because has been here on many occasions. We have been a customer of Termimix for a few years and plann to be for years to come/

Technician is very friendly, helpful, and always on time. He always asks how I am, asks about my dog, and then gets on to his work. He does a great job. We never have to call back because he's missed something. Very thorough.
