The Office of State Purchasing, also known as OSP, offers standardizing, procuring and supervising services for goods, services and major repairs required by state agencies. It is a part of the Division of Administration under the Louisiana government. The Division of Administration serves the people of Louisiana by providing essential services to the state government. It is comprised of 25 sections, including control- and service-oriented entities. The Division of Administration is the central management and administrative support agency for the state of Louisiana.
