I moved here a couple of months ago and I was hardly ever home.I was always at my sons house.When I would go home Mrs.Donna the manager;would tell me if someone went to the RV;which said a lot to me.I was in a safe place.This manager works her tail off here and is handling up on a lot of things here. She makes it her mission to see that everything works out for all.It is a nice quiet place.Family oriented and safe.I would highly recommend this RV park for quality.I never saw any bad things here.At all!There are washer/dryers;your own mailbox and free wifi.The people are friendly and very sweet.C.Lindsley

it might have been nice at one time - but if you don't mind a homeless guy lurking around all the time-perverts hitting on the women-drug traffic-and a manager that can't control the park- then this is the place to be.

The campground is full of friendly people and it is a quiet place. Every place has its gossips and there are some there. For the most part it is decent.

NOT A PLASTIC YOGIE BEAR OR A SUPER SITE OF SOME SORT. BUT IT IS NOT EXPENSIVE AND IT IS QUIET. I HAVE STAYED IN BETTER AND I HAVE STAYED IN WORSE. I WILL PROBIBLY BE HERE FOR THE NEXT YEAR. FRIENDLY FOLK STAY HERE. MOSTLY RETIRED OR PEOPLE LIKE ME WHO WORK FOR A LIVING AWAY FROM HOME.

It was a bit rough around the edges when we first got here, but the new management is making dramatic improvements to the park. Management is Friendly and it is practically in the middle of Baton Rouge.
