Took the advice of an employee and arrived first thing Saturday morning. After being the very first customer, I was told it to hook up something to my already installed stereo would take 1 - 1 1/2 hrs. Within 2 hours, I watched as the workers grabbed 2 other cars of customers who arrived after me. When I asked why my vehicle had still not been serviced, they kept telling me I was next. I'm very disappointed. I asked for my keys and left. Horrible customer service. Will not go back.
