I would not recommend this company to any one. They are not reliable and do not do a good job. They will not show up on time. They continue to lie to you and do not meet my expectations. They promise you the world to get you signed and there is no follow through.

We were in the market for a new maid service and scheduled an appointment to have Merry Maids give an estimate for a weekly job in a large house. I took off work to meet the franchise owner and he never showed up. 2 hours later, I called to see what the problem was and they said that they don't do estimates on Mondays. I'm sorry, but if you schedule an appointment you should show. Bad first impressions usually lead to other problems and disappointments down the road.

My appointments were sometimes cancelled after the maids should have been there, and I'm a weekly client. House was not cleaned thoroughly, often still very dusty under furniture and downright dirty along the baseboards. Hard to reach management or franchise owner.
