I am so glad I found MB2! They came highly recommended from my physician so I decided to give them a call. It has been 4 months now and I never thought I would enjoy training as much as I do. Im reaching my goals which were center around weight loss when I started but have come to realize there is more to training than just losing weight. I feel so much better through my day to day activities and I owe them all the credit. If you are looking for a trainer in a clean professional environment I recommend you give them a call and Im sure you will be happy you did.

I've trained many studios around town and MB2 is by far the best personal training studio in Baton Rouge. This is a first class studio with the best training in town. Keep it up guys!
