I ordered $700 worth of lumber to be delivered today. Called the store to check on it. After being transferred 4 times, and nobody except the operator answered, I got dropped. Then called back, put on hold for 5 mins, then transferred, then dropped. Called back, dropped. The fourth time they took my info and promised they would call me back. I will believe it when I get the call. I will definitely order the rest of the lumber I need from somewhere else. Really need the lumber for tomorrow. It will not surprise me if I never see it. This store has issues!

I am the author of the two part negative review. I would like to reverse my position due to recent developments. Shortly after my last conversation with Lowes corporate headquarters, I received a phone call from the manager of Lowes on Millerville. He was very polite and apologetic and assured me that when they get this particular product in, they will honor the sale price (a price I suspect was a clearance price to clear out this product, a tree, as Winter approached) when they received it sometime in the Spring. Very classy behavior.

The lowes store at 1777 Millerville Road, Baton Rouge, LA 70816 is good. Many nice friendly people. The bathrooms are the worst things I have ever seen. The bathroom faucets are automatic, but they flow about 1 half a gallon of water per minute, I dont know how the workers could even wash their hands. The bathroom stalls are so small it is almost impossible for a skinny person to turn around. Dont even try to close the door to the stall, it just isn't possible without standing on the toilet. This is strange because there are 5 stalls and they are the smallest ones i have ever seen. Darkest bathroom I ever saw as well.
