Started out as Good from stop @ show room to pick out surrounds and tops for bathroom,then the 5-6 week wait began for them to call measure before install. Kevin who did measurements called running late for 11am appt. then stopped @ house pulling 30ft boat. Guess know why he was late do you! Day of demo learn measurements incorrect on surrounds >2" short from desired height. Told correct measurements send but pourer didn't read or so I'm told but they have standard surrounds ready. How's that possible if didn't read measurements. Choose of no baths for 5 days or just $200 off and take what they've got. Oh and don't call office as it all family get your hair blown back if you do! Customer service is poor if won't listen to you and don't want to hear about family working for them. They got you locked in as 3/4 of cost had to be paid up front so they got you over a barrel. Not impressed to tell you to us them, as I too should of shopped more.

I highly recommend Jenkins Tile Company! They did an awesome job on my floors and countertops. The entire staff is friendly and easy to work with. Don't get them confused with RJ Jenkins on Jefferson like I did at first, they on the other hand are not good people. I will be going back to them soon to remodel my master bathroom!
