It is reasonable to expect a service provider to give the current name of their business, suite number and to be present at an appointment time. HSoft does not believe this. I would highly recommend AGAINST doing business with Mr. Dean Harrison, HSoft, and/or Perkins Computer Center. Despite having very good computer sense, Mr. Harrison is disdainful of customers, he relies on denial as a means to resolve problems and unfortunately, he lacks honesty.
