HORRIBLE. Dishonest. BEWARE. Service men are friendly.....they have to be since they come to you SO OFTEN to repair the machines over and over and over. But, the salesperson...once they get your check it is sayonara baby....you cannot get them on the phone, you cannot get them to return a call. Do yourself a favor and buy from someone else.

We bought a copier that needs a repair at least weekly (we did not know this prior to buying an expensive machine). When told that it is repaired, the next repair person says that the previous repair man did not do his job correctly. This is a repetitive cycle and nothing ever gets fixed, nor does it seem like they even are concerned with getting it fixed.
