Our functional training offers 45 min workouts combining elements of high-intensity interval training, circuit training and functional training. The variation of our workout programming and our certified coaches keep members challenged, eager to grow and ready to have fun. Dietician and Body scan services included in membership.No need to be a member of F45 Training to take part in our amazing Recovery by F45 services. Come boost your recovery journey and immune system, soothe muscles, improve health health and anti aging, or just enjoy a deeper relaxation and overall health with our commercial Cold Plunge, Infrared Sauna, Contrast Therapy, Compression and Percussion services.
