      Customer care that compares to no other!These words describe my recent experience with Collision Solutions. While no one looks forward to the stress, inconvenience and disruption of life activities that come with auto accidents and damages to your vehicle, Collision Solutions made this experience a pleasant one for me and my family. Mr. Vu took personal responsibility to ensure my vehicle was repaired and restored. When I picked my vehicle up, it looked better than it did when it was on the showroom floor! I honor Mr. Vu and the Collision Solutions team for doing exceeding, abundantly, above throughout the entire process. He is a man of his word - character and integrity!       Terrible customer service. My car has been in repair for almost a month and in that time, I have not once gotten a call from them on the progress. I have always had to call. They have never called me back when they promised they would. They eventually told me it would be finished by a certain date. However, when I went to pick it up (even a few days after the time they said it would be ready) my car had another problem that needed to be fixed before I could drive it. They didn't bother to let me know about it before. So, now I have to wait yet more time to get my car back.
