I would never advise anyone to go to this CC's location. I can list several occasions--today being the most recent, and the last--on which my simple order has been carelessly botched. I often go through the drivethru and, after saving my first sip until I arrive at my destination, find that there is NO sweetener or cream as I requested, just plain black coffee that I could have poured myself as I was rushing out of the door.



I complained once to a manager, and afterwards felt that I was being too harsh. I decided to begin frequentign this place again, cheerfully and even leaving tips in the jar. This time I am convinced. This location is horrible.



Staff often looks unkempt and often scratch their faces or brush hair back, or several other things that you don't want to see someone do when handling food.
