This is the only place I'll bring my car. The woman who runs the office is extremely nice and everyone there does their best to help you out. Inspections are quick and easy and the mechanics are great people. I even call the shop for advice every once in a while.

When I arrived home I realized that they had overcharged my card by about $90 due to a simple typographical error. I called them the next business day and got my card refunded with no problem. They were extremely helpful and apologetic about the mishap. GREAT Customer Service.
I've been using Burbank Tire's services for years. It is a small, independent business and provides excellent customer service. Good prices, nice people, and NO sales pitches for products you don't need. If you bring your car in for routine maintenance and an unexpected problem shows up (whoops, did you know that you have a bad strut?) they will put the car up on the lift and show you exactly what is wrong. Very honest people who won my loyalty on my first visit, years ago, when I was waiting for an alignment and a man came in to pick up his car, which had been repaired. The owner of Burbank Tire told him, "You really need to think about replacing your car. This car is on its last legs. I can't keep taking money from you with a clear conscience to keep this car up. If you go shopping for another used car, run it by here before you buy it, so I can tell you if it's a lemon or not. No charge." How often have you heard THAT at a car repair shop?

Very honest people, and the prices are great as well. Almost always the lowest price of all of the quotes I get for repairs. They go above and beyond, in my book.
