We went to the restaurant as a second choice because our first choice was too busy. We placed a to go order and was told it would be 20 min it was around 7. When we got there initially they did not find my order but did end up finding the order that was called in and told us they would call us when it was ready. So we waited then noticed others who ordered after we came in were getting their food about 25 min of waiting. So I asked about my order and was asked again what had I ordered. it seems my order was misplaced and would be taken care of right away. My poboy was wrapped in white paper and taped and my fries were in a separate box. I did ask why wasn't everything but in a box. I was pretty upset with the process and let the young lady's know by my actions which i do deeply regret I know they were busy and trying to do their best. I don't think management was prepared for the large ash Wednesday crowd and the staffed seemed overwhelmed but was handling everything with a smile I don't think this will be my first choice but will give them another chance

Good food from lunch through dinner. Good atmosphere! ☺
