I recently tried to purchase an ottoman from this location and the customer service was horrible. I finally got assistance in the furniture department after asking the casher twice. It took 30 minutes for someone to finally assist me. I asked the worker to check the store room for the ottoman and she acted very rude as if i were bothering her. She finally checked the store room and stated "we out". She then told me to check some time next week to see if another shipment comes in. Customer service at this store is bad and I will never buy furniture from them if I can help it.
