The worst costumer service!! I bought tile a year ago, finally got around to having them install it, after I paid 75% (the required amount) they said they'd schedule me. I called the day before my scheduled appointment to confirm they were coming, and I wasnt. I had to wait 2 more weeks. The guy who did the installation was great! When I initially bought my tile I bought 2 types, slate and a mosaic. When discussing the plans to install the tile, I decided not to use the mosiac. I asked if I could return it, I understood there may be a restocking fee. I was told that they would have to check and call me back, I'm still waiting for some one to return my call.
Lastly, when installing the toilet the Falange got broken. My plumber was at my house installing the hard ware to the shower/tub. The installer asked my plumber if he would fix it, and my plumber did. I paid my plumber, and gave a copy to assured flooring. Thinking the toilet was broken by one of their guys, who asked my plumber to fix it, they'd be good enough to pay us back....again still waiting.
So word to the wise....use someone else, these guys are horrible with the public.
I had a great experience with Assured Flooring from sales to installation. Phillip helped me with choices to fit within my budget. Ryan came out to measure everything and answered several questions for me. Grant and Pedro came out to do the installation. They were polite, on time and careful with my beautiful new leathered marble countertops. I highly recommend them!
I've used Assured Flooring and Countertops for several projects and I give them a thumbs up! Their selections are good and their prices are competitive! I continue to use them for three reasons; 1. I've had four jobs and I was pleased each time. Jessie was great at helping me select quality products. The other owner, Michael, came out and gave me good pointers on how to get the look I wanted and save $$! 2. I like doing business with a locally owned company. 3. Ive referred several friends to them and each time they took good care of them AND gave me a discount on subsequent purchases! :)
I'm a home improvement specialist in the metro area. Since I discovered Assured Flooring about five years ago, I know now, they are the best and most dependable flooring and counter top business in Baton Rouge. Prompt, courteous, and just plain easy to deal with. Mike, Jesse, and their craftsmen are top notch, and their prices are very reasonable. Just remember people, "Skilled craftsmen aren't cheap, Cheap craftsmen aren't skilled. Give these guys a call, you won't be sorry.
Honestly, it seems like you have more of an issue with Abstract Glass than with Assured Flooring. They stood by their work and repaired you shower.
I, on the other hand, had an amazing experience with Assured -- thought pricing was fair compared to competitors, kind employees, and the installers were fast and did a great job.
