Very satisfied with my therapist, however, their ability to deal with special circumstances for cancellation has room for improvement. I was undergoing a procedure at Oschner and was notified the day before that I would be there longer than I understood and when I hung up the phone I called Brown Rogers to cancel the appointment giving about 20 hrs notice. When arriving for my appointment I was told I had to pay $50 for the cancellation because I did not give 24 hrs notice. When I refused to pay I was asked to leave. I was in business with over a 1000 members, and there were circumstances that I made exceptions when necessary. Not everyone does business in the same manner. Very disappointing!!!!
