David Leone, MD, is a pediatric and adult congenital cardiologist at Cincinnati Children's Heart Institute. He specializes in Fontan care, cardiopulmonary exercise testing, and caring for pregnant women with congenital heart disease. David uses data-driven research to determine the best care plans and stays current on new treatments. His interest in congenital heart disease stems from the resilience and motivation of his patients. Outside of work, David enjoys hiking, visiting national parks, and watching Penn State football.
