NADC is a private non-profit organization, organized to plan and administer projects to aid in the social and economic development of northcentral Arkansas covering the counties of Fulton, Independence, Izard, Sharp and Stone. NADCs mission is to empower people helping people improve their quality of life and strengthen communities in Northcentral Arkansas. Our mission statement contains our slogan People Helping People along with the empowering people (us, NADC) helping people (our clients) improve their quality of life providing poverty reducing type of programs therefore making for better communities in our market.
