I’ve had the multi-purpose cart for years and use it several times a week. Everything from groceries to bricks has been put in it, and it goes up the stairs like a breeze filled with packs of water bottles.

Just got off the phone to order a new lid for my trash can. I was prepared to pay for the lid and for shipping, due that the damaged lid was my fault. Much to my surprise, the lady that took my order said that they would ship one out free of charge..... Wow! Incredible service!!!
