The techs are not certified. Ask to see there certification and see what kind of response you get. They only take a 10 min. test through staples to qualify to work on your computer. Plus Copy Center has the rudest employee kara. I asked how much to make black and white copies on regular paper not premium. ( i do it all the time in Austin) She said they only offer premium paper. I called Austin Staples and they told me they did offer regular paper. she was only trying to make me pay more.
