NEVER do business with Marey. They sent us two broken units before we finally got one that worked. After about a half a year, the third unit broke down twice within the same month. It took us HOURS to reach a customer service representative - by email; they never answer their phone - who told us we had to remove and ship the defective unit at our own cost before they would send a replacement, which we would have to install at our own cost. This is a TERRIBLE company.

NEVER do business with this company. They sold us three defective units in a row then ordered us to send the last one back to them at our own cost! They never answer their phones and it takes forever to hear from them by email. A bad product backed by bad customer service makes for a deadly combination.
