if I could rate this wtih NO STARS I would. They had not told us about a activation fee, our monthly bill is supposed to be 100/month our first bill was 180. We cancelled service after twelve days because we weren't getting servicee at our house. They said we would only pay for the days we used the service, our new bill was 123. They are freaking crazy!!! They don't tell you about the other fees, beware because on top of paying for your phones, you will have a REALLY high bill!!!! Their such rip offs, and they don't even give you good plans

I wouldn't even rate this company the WORST I have ever seen. Rude employees who are condescending and not very helpful. The wait in our area is WAY WAY too long. I am CONSTANTLY battling my Cphone bill from unwarranted charges. I always come out on top but hate the fact I have to take the time to even do battle every time my cell phone is due. I would never recommend this company to anyone and am quite sure I have steered business in another direction for them. We have 6 cellphones in our family so you think they would be happy to have my business but it almost seems like they couldn't possibly care any less that I give them the business I do.

When I need help with my phone, I travel all the way from the Pelham road area to get to this 4 Market Point Drive location. This store is managed the best I have ever seen in a phone service business. It is well organized and everyone there treats you with professional "can do" and caring attitudes. The manager is always very helpful, kind and considerate as he ensures every customer as well as his staff are being taken care of or helped if they need him. I watched him while I was waiting and I was very impressed how he handled so many things at once with a sense of great urgency and also treating his employees and customers like he was their friend and cares very much about them. I worked in customer service related position for over twenty years... in the insurance industry .. which can be pretty challenging as we service intangible products and services.. so I have a general idea of what great customer service really means to clients. Thank You. Susan.,Greer SC
Verizon Wireless is a complete rip-off. They find ways to continually extend your contract, if you upgrade your phone you have to start another 2-year contract that they don't tell you about, and if you break out before contract is over, they charge you even more. The bill gets higher every month and it's impossible to understand their invoice that keeps changing every month also. I do not recommend Verizon Wireless to anyone, just trying desperately to get out of it. I would rather have Metro PCS and not having to deal with these horrible rip off contracts.

We have been with Verizon since they bought out Alltel. We never had any cell service at our house, and recently we shot up to 5 bars with the new network extension that they have done (no extra cost to us). Have never lost calls, voice mail works fine, no problems at all. Maybe we are just lucky.

I have been a Verizon customer for years. I have been eyeing the EnV3 and EnV Touch as an upgrade. Just found out that 99 percent of their phone now require a $9.99 or higher data plan. Evne though 2 weeks ago they did not. That is ridiculous. Called Verizon to find out why and they guy said that since the phone have multimedia capacity that Verizon made the decision to mandate the data plan. I don't need nor want a dat plan but in order to get a decent phone I will have to pay for it. Their 4th quarter earnings or lack there of explains it all. They should take out their poor money management on their customers. Unfortunately, I just signed a new price plan in Novemberbut did not have the dough at the time to get a new phone.

We've been having problems with unwanted "text messages" wanting to loan money. LaMar from the Puyallup Store was excellent at taking care of this problem within minutes. We couldn't ask for better service though it would be nice to carry minutes over. Where we live Verizon is the best - we have a tower within a few miles. We've tried others - we could always tell when someone had another carrieir because everyone was outdoors screaming "Can you hear me now?" And after many years their service is still dependable, quick, and precise.
Been good to me so far as a customer...wireless service could be better...For me that is!

We have had the same account without incident since 1994. When Verizon took over our account from Alltel this summer, our problems began. The thing that is most frustrating with Verizon is that they will make contradictory statements over the phone and they refuse to provide statements in writing. They gave us a billing credit for poor quality of service, but changed their mind and not only charged us after agreeing to the credit, but then disconnected our service for failure to pay. I found it impossible to work with Verizon. Even though my service was restored, I've end my frustrating service with Verizon. 5 stars for the highest frustration level available.
When Verizon advertises "get your friends and family an awesome phone for the holidays"...well don't plan on it being a surprise. If you do, prepare to be disappointed. They don't do future activation-which means if you buy a phone you have to instantly deactivate their current phone (which is a little obvious) & activate the new one. The only way around this is to buy the phone for someone online, so they can activate it whenever they get it. Well that sounds convenient but if you are not on the same account as the person you're buying the phone for...don't expect that to work either. I was really disappointed with how much trouble it turned out to be. They lost my business (I was going to buy atleast 2 phones as Christmas gifts) - and I'm sure I'm not alone.

Poor customer service.rude employees. and very misleading in the advertising. nothing is free.would recommend shopping around before committing to verizon!! zero stars is not an option.
i went to the new verizon store 30098 haun rd menifee.the rep jennifer was so helpfull she went over all phones. adressed my needs.and singled out 'the" rogue'" model perfect for me.because money was tight she ordered it online entitling me to a 100$ instant rebate. my phone came in 2 days.jennifer programmed it and explained its many functions no buyers remorse none! if not for jennifers customer service and recoursfulness i would have gone to the other guys with a contract thats harder to get out of than a bad marriage kudos jennifer and merry christmas t.rieck
Well for the most part they do try to help you pretty quickly. Especially since they have that new sign in thing. So you can look at the television and pretty much know how long you're going to be waiting. And I love this store because they seem like they actually know what they're doing. They get you in and out. And I personally think Verizon has great service anyway...that's why I stick with them.

There's not an option for zero stars? We just moved, and service in our new home is appallingly bad. Outside isn't much better. Verizon's solution? Buy more stuff from them! Like a 250$ network extender. Not gonna happen. Can you hear me now? No, because I'm on the Verizon network.

Dropped service increasing. Impossible customer support. Advertisements are untrue. Worst network...worst service

Total indifference at every level. The worst possible service. Almost impossible to contact when you have issues and you will have issues.

After 15 years of being a version customer, the last year has been a nightmare. I did my "every two" upgrade and got a Palm Centro. I ended up returning three phones because of speaker problems....people could not near me or I could not near them because of cut outs and static. After the third phone, one manager finally told me , "Yeah we've had problems with that model since it came out.", but they did not want to replace it with a different kind. Nice thing to know when your life may depend on being able to use it. They finally gave me credit for it, they said, then charged me $349 for not returning it although they never told me to do that or sent a FED Ex mail tag. They finally gave me the credit 4 months later, but would not give me the availability to use my upgrade again. Three sales people had gotton a 1 year upgrade approved then cancelled it. Still fighting. Does anyone no the meaning of customer service or telling the truth?

When you get Verizon you spend endless hours never getting in touch with a live person
