I took my wife's 2013 Mercedes E350 to have it detailed and set up a time to drop it off. I showed up at the shop the next morning and no one was there. I waited a good 30 min and finally an employee showed up and apologized for the owner not being there. He said he had something come up (no phone call letting me know). I left the car and went to pick it up after work. The owner told me it would be another hour. It happened to be raining when I picked it up so it was impossible to really check it out. I ask the owner how it turned out and he said fine. My biggest complaint with the car was that it had some superficial scratches that needed buffed out, some swirls and spider webbing. Now I have had cars detailed in the past and after looking over the car in the sun, I don't think it was even buffed. I think they put a coat of wax on it and that was about it. I took it to another detailer that I had used before and when I picked the car up, I could tell right away that it was done right.

This place is VERY UNDEPENDABLE..I called on Monday to get my RV detailed by the mobile unit, an appointment was made for that Friday with them telling me that they would call at 0830am Friday to advise me what time they would arrive that day. At 0905am Friday I received a call from Elite saying that they have some bad news, they are "backed up" with work and they would not be out that day to complete the job, but that they could "Possibly" get my RV done on Sunday. Now my first thought was this was the first time you realized that you were too busy to complete my job on Friday and you could not have called me sooner. Also my thoughts were you Possibly can do this job on Sunday, I guess you as a customer have to just keep your calender open so that they can come when they want and appointments mean nothing.

I have been searching for a GREAT detail job, had a few and never satisfied until I came here! Elite Detail did a superb job and I will definitely continue to let them take care of my Altima. Great job on my leather and all the little crevices. My car looks like new.
