Its construction capabilities include asset management, contract administration, construction consulting and utility coordination. The firm also provides surveying services to state and federal agencies, transportation departments, local governments, and private developers and contractors. With one of its locations in Bartow, Fla., PBS&J additionally designs and implements geographic information systems and Web-based applications.
