The Bartlett Parks and Recreation Department provides leisure programs, services that encourage health, fitness, relaxation and learning. The department operates an athletic office that provides recreational activities for youths and adults. It also offers several sports activities, including baseball, softball, basketball and volleyball. It organizes various events that include children's night out and swimming and gymnastics for youths. Located in Bartlett, Tenn., the department also offers various water exercises and tournaments for adults. The Bartlett Parks and Recreation Department maintains a community center that organizes various camps, events, as well organizes fitness, art and craft programs. The department also includes a center for senior citizens that hosts jam sessions and music, drama and dance classes.
