I went there for an appointment , when i got there they said i was down for a drop off, I said no, it was an appointment at 4 , why if i was dropping off why would i have to drop it off at 4 . The man seated next to me was going thru the same thing. He even had the name of the person he was to meet with. He even got a call to confirm the appointment. It positively was an issue with the person who was scheduling. I am the first to say maybe i said the wrong thing even though I know i implied i needed an appointment. I had three tax returns to have done for an estate. Any way what should have happened is they should have said there seems to be a mix up and ask for me to reschedule. Even if i messed up which i do not think i did, just get it rescheduled and move on. No the President of this company comes down and tells both of us to get out , he does not want to do our taxes ever, he had the right to refused anyone. And he was very loud about it. I then left but did yell back and promised him some bad reviews which i am doing now. I have never seen a professional person act this way. I really am overwhelmed by what could be a simple solution as politely asking me to reschedule. Please read other reviews on this man, Ed Downey, you will not find one nice review on him. One ex-employee described him as a two-year child that likes to have temper tantrums and he is rude to his customers and his employees.
DO not go here, find a much friendly place to go.
Interesting thing, this place did not have one good review, then on bbb.org (better business bureau) on 4-19-2017 6 great reviews, sure looks like we all know who wrote those reviews, the only way he would get one. JUst shows you what a fraud he is.
