After 5 years of living in this home and not knowing hoe long it had been since the ducts had cleaned, I called Ducts R Us and had them come out. Not only were they professional but they explained to me exactly what needed to be done and how "bad" they were.They were reasonable and my allergies seemed to have improved almost overnight.
