I dropped off a very expensive silk dress to be sent out for dry-cleaningg. When I returned to pick it up, I paid for the dry-cleaning and then checked it to see if the deodorant had come off. To my shock, the area where the deodorant had been was now completely shredded. Worn once, the dress was now unwearable. I was offered no apology, and only told that they would check with the dry-cleaner and that someone would call me. A week later I stopped back to check and the dress was missing. I was told that they would get it back for me with an explanation. A month later, still no call. Finally I've check and have been told that it's back, but that nobody will take responsibility for it. Sadly, that's not good business practice for small-town Vermont. A little sincerety and an apology would have gone a long way. I won't do business here again, and hope that others read the reviews. Had I read the reviews first, I would have gone elsewhere.
