I've went to multiple dealerships and explained to them that I had bad credit and they all told me the same thing, "Sorry we can't help you." I thought all hope was lost until I heard Poulin's recent ad on the radio. They had explained how they had first time buyers program and could help people who lacked credit. I didn't think it was true, but what else did I have to lose? I took a trip down there. There was only but few salespeople in the showroom and it looked nothing like your average dealership, but I can tell you they treated me like no other dealership I've been to! From the time that I walked in, to the time I walked out I felt like I was their main objective. It was a great feeling to not have to sit around and wait while the salesmen helped other customers in the showroom. I will recommend this dealership again to anyone! Thank you SO MUCH Poulin Auto for my brand new 2004 Ford Escape! I will forever be appreciative! -Melissa B

I think Poulin Auto has become comfortable with the lies they tell and rely on the hopes that the vehilces they sell dont explode in the 30 day 50/50 warranty period they give. I was told my truck was given a 250 point inspection before purchase. I got it home and found it was down 3 quarts of oil, had a completley plugged air filter and 3 of 4 tires were down more than 10 psi.My vehicle was delivered filthy inside and out and almost completely empty of fuel. I feel I got a fair price on the truck but the shady sales process has me a bit worried. Im goinjg back for warranty service there tomorrow so we will see if it continues to be shady or if there is an ounce of proffesionalism there somewhere.

Awesome Car dealership and auto repair, they do their best to give you the best deal possible and when you take your car in for service they do only what needs to be done, their goal is truley a satisfied customer, not trying to make the most money. I would recommend Poulin Auto to anyone in the need of a new vehicle or service to one that they already have.
