Recently moved to Barling and have yet to talk to a person that has a positive response to this water dept. The lady that takes the bill money is quick to let you know she would rather you pay over the phone or online then expect her to take a min to collect your payment. With her rude personality I would definately do that IF it didnt cost money to pay online. The day she got huffy with me over it the charge would have been $4.95 in addition to being charged for 2weeks that I did not live in Barling yet.. Nobody likes dealing with that office because of her attitude. So the meter reader guy just left a few mins ago & I went out to see what my meter read since I dont understand how last mth they say I went over the limit. I have no outside faucets here or W/D hookup. AND WOW! There is no way the guy could see the meter even if he did take a second to wipe the inch of mud off since it sits back under some boxed area in the mud. I tried to upload a photo of it but I dont think it works

If I ran the trash department the way you all do I would be out of business!! You can't do half a job week end and week out and expect people to be happy! My trash has only been dumped half the trash can for the last four weeks, why can't it be dumped all the way like I pay for each month!!!
