Wow. I’m truly stunned that there are still honest people running quality companies these days. We had a septic nightmare & where our tank was located was a huge mystery to everyone. Several companies came, would charge us $ & then tell us ‘sorry, we can’t help you.’ Danny Duncan went above & beyond to help us! He was committed to helping us even though he wasn’t making anything from it. When the time came, he coordinated with our plumber to pump the tank when they finally located with it. Great Service. My pips were clogged and I have owned the home 5 years so I figured it was time to get it pumped. I picked Duncan because of the YP reviews and I am glad I did. He was very friendly, came out the next day. He explained everything I needed to know, and he even snaked the pipe for me.
I recently bought a home with a septic tank and I don't know anything about them. Danny Duncan came out and could have told me anything he wanted. But he was honest, educated me about septic systems, told me mine was fine for awhile, and did not charge me anything! I definitely know who I'll call when I do have a problem.

I have used this company for years. Love them. I've never met them face to face as everything was handled over the phone for a rental I have. They always handled my septic issues, sent pics to me, explained how to avoid future issues and mailed or dropped off an invoice to be paid later. Would recommend them to anyone needing this type of service. Leave your yard much like they found it. ����
We had a septic tank problem on Sunday, July 3rd. Our toilets would not flush and water was starting to come into the shower. This was the first place I called and he said he could be there in 30 minutes. Again, this Sunday of a holiday weekend. He was very professional and very reasonably priced. He explained everything to me as he did it and had everything drained and back to normal within no time. He also gave me a full container of professional strength bacteria to add to the tank. I could not recommend this company enough.
I have zero knowledge of septic tanks or how they work. Called Duncan Septic and made prompt appointment with Danny. He let me know when he was on the way and pumped my first tank in under an hour. First tank you ask? Yes, apparently I have two (my husband failed to mention when telling me to find a Septic guy) this was no problem for Danny who showed professionalism and flexibility in taking care of the second one as well. Kind, knowledgeable and very reasonably priced. Yard was left clean and he even put the grass back in place. Terrific experience from something I was dreading dealing with!
I was fearful of being taken advantage of when I found a septic problem in my yard. Reviews seemed good so I gave them a call and found out these folks are the perfect business... they could have taken advantage of me but instead they told me a cheap way of fixing my problem and gave me a great inspection. What an honest company!!!! They have earned my repeat business should I need them again.
