More than painters, John Avila and his assistant Jim are artists. They scraped our popcorn ceilings (one at 16 ft) and repainted them, walls and trim in four rooms of our home with minimal disruption to our lives. They moved all our furniture (and moved it back) and spent time and care to protect floors and rooms they were not working in with plastic. And every day they left they cleaned up. We would have them back in a heartbeat -- in fact we asked John to return in a few weeks to do rooms we had not originally planned. Our highest recommendation!!!

We were very pleased with the quality paint job by Red Ladder Painting. This is the second time we hired John Avila and his crew. Two years ago we hired them to paint the exterior of our house. When they were done, our house looked beautiful. The crew also made sure that everything looked neat and clean when they left the site. This year, we hired Red Ladder Painting to work on a new addition to our house. This involved interior as well as exterior painting. I appreciated John's help with color selection and color matching. Also, we chose a lot of natural looking pine, fir and cedar for trim, wainscoting and wall boards. The Red Ladder Company did a fantastic job making sure the wood looked and felt smooth and beautiful. And, again, they left the job looking neat and clean. Working with John and Red Ladder was a pleasure. John was accessible by phone and email. He was very professional and returned my calls in a timely manner.

The owner, John, and his outstanding crew clearly take great pride in their work. I was very impressed with the way John was on top of everything going on, whether he was on site or not. Whenever the crew noticed anything amiss, they pointed it out and made it right. Customer service and my happiness with the finished product were important to them.
