Ruth Anne and her Mom are caring, knowledgeable about our dog's needs. She made suggestions about what special shampoo our Maltese with skin issues should be bathed in and it has helped immensely. They are fast in doing the shampoo and grooming.

Ruth Ann has been grooming our miniature schnauzer Diesel when we are in Beech Mountain for the last few years. She always gets him in quickly when we call and he is usually is ready to be picked up in about an hour. She is the best groomer we have found and has given our groomer here in Charleston her technique for cutting our Schnauzer. Diesel loves Ruth Ann and gets excited when we drive in her parking lot. Ruth Anne always fits me in last minute and gets the job done fast! She does an excellent job with my toy poodle and Bella always comes out looking beautiful and smelling fresh! Love Ruth Anne!

I took my two Miniature Schnauzers for grooming. I was so pleased with the cut and even more pleased that Ruth Ann doesn't stick the dogs in cages for hours. She gets right to grooming so the dogs don't have to wait, wait, wait!
