I PURCHASED MY NEW SUV AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I PURCHASED A NEW SUV INSTEAD OF USED SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS. WHEN I TRADE IN I WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM QUIRK AUTO AGAIN!!!
