These people are the most corrupt, thieving liars in the business. They will lie to you in every way possible about any car repairs. They stole more than a $1,000 from me in UNNEEDED REPAIRS, AND TRIED TO THREATEN AND INTIMIDATE ME. They took me to court, and when I confronted their sleazy lawyer about the information I gathered from reputable car dealers about my repairs, he turned tail and backed right down. They are a NIGHTMARE. DO NOT USE EVEN IF YOU ARE DESPERATE. Go to ANY OTHER CAR DEALER. Like the locals say, "It's always bad news at Quirks." Also, they DELETE all negative reviews on their website. I PURCHASED MY NEW SUV AND HAVE HAD NOTHING BUT PROBLEMS WITH THE SERVICE DEPARTMENT. I PURCHASED A NEW SUV INSTEAD OF USED SO THAT I WOULD NOT HAVE ANY OF THESE PROBLEMS. WHEN I TRADE IN I WILL BE LOOKING ELSEWHERE. I WOULD NEVER BUY FROM QUIRK AUTO AGAIN!!!
