This store is a mess! Hard to find some supplies, and very few items had prices on them. I did buy a couple of dog toys, but didn't learn the prices until checkout. VERY overpriced! I will not be back...

Nice store but customer service is not priority to say the least. Each time I go there it takes a long time to get checked out and there is seldom anyone to help you on the floor. Today I waited several minutes in line only to ask for assistance with a product I needed that was locked up. I left and went to Pet Smart. I had no idea Bangor had a Pet Smart and we will go there from now on.

I had my dog groomed and they butchered her. Uneven cut, down to the skin in places, she was tramatized! I will never take her to this store again...you should avoid it at all costs.

I had a bad experience with the store in Bangor,Me. The manager was very rude when I tried to talk about the issue and did not seemed concerned at all. I have dealt with other Petco stores and never had a problem but this one is a real problem to the Petco name. Or at least the management staff are.
