General Info
I am a Clinical Counselor practicing in Bangor, providing individual counseling services to adults and young adults. Through my years working with a broad range of clients, issues, and needs, I have learned the importance of recognizing and drawing upon each individual's unique strengths, experiences, and ideas to help them develop a path for their future. I believe strongly that solutions are out there to problems in all of our lives, despite the many obstacles that may be placed in our way. Through counseling, I help individuals find their own unique paths around obstacles such as personal and family stress, depression and anxiety, addictions, and trauma, so that they can achieve personal goals and greater emotional health and well-being.
