I've used other local agencies in the past and tried All About Travel because of its convenient location. In the past, I've been stranded at airports in huge lines due to flights being cancelled or delayed that I'd miss my connection. One call to Dee-Anne was able to get me tickets on another (direct) flight, so no more sleeping in the airport! Now that I have kids that I am traveling with, Dee-Anne knows amazing family package deals and takes care of everything for us!

then later said no. had to deal with somebody else to
get trip taken care of. they did not listen were short on phone calls.
got our money and it felt like they could care what happen

If you want to have a great, hassle-free vacation, skip all the complications of doing everything yourself and get Donna and Dee-Anne to do it for you. Super-professional and took care of everything. When one flight was cancelled all it took was one phone call to All About Travel and they took care of everything. We were on the next flight, transfers updated, hotel contacted. Great, local travel agency that really cares about your experience. Highly recommend. A+!!!
