Why is the price different ? I've been taking steel to Caribou for 100.00 a ton for #1 iron. this is 20.00 to 35.00 dollars less then the other ME. facilities.
Saturday morning called at 8 am asked what time they closed. The guy said 12 noon. Ok i had alot to do. I had a trailer with some small scrap and a v6 engine..just a quick laod. I was on the scale at 11:50 am. The guy at the scale said we only jad a few minutes. I said ok. Got in line with my slip and then a guy came around the corner telling everybody that was in line that they are closed. Early. Is that right

Great place to sell all sorts of scrap. The only thing I would like to see them do is post a price sheet online of what price you are getting, because they pay well, and people should know that.
