Totally unprofessional I went there for the process of an HQL license and I spoke with the girl on the phone and told her I'm new to this and I need to know the first steps, she told me the first step is to get fingerprinted I went down there to get fingerprinted. I told her that I needed to do the training to so she went and took my finger prints and asked me was I training exempt and I told her no I needed to do the training to so she took my fingerprints and charged me $65 without telling me that I needed to do my training first and didnt tell me my fingerprints only lasts in the system for 72 hours so I wasted $65 I will never return to this place.
