On Saturday my daughter entered the shop for services, during service she didn't like the nail service she received and complained about it to tech. The nail tech. got up and bald his fist like he was going to strike her. I've observed when I went in being a liscened cosmotogist myself the gentleman spoke very little he couldn't provide me with his license. Star Nails has techs without Liscened working there and treating behavior when clients are not satisfied with the services.
