It conducts random quality inspections, site analysis and surveys. The company organizes various customer relations, law, risk management, communication and crisis management training programs for its officers. Broadway Silver Star Security serves hospitals, universities, hotels, office buildings and retail locations. It is a part of Broadway Services, which was founded in 1982 and provides support services management to more than 150 health care, education, business and industrial customers at over 400 different locations in Maryland. Broadway Services is comprised of nearly 1,400 employees.
